Here’s how I’d roll through the day if I were you:
Midday (around noon): Kick things off at Cowboys & Angels for the first keg tapping. Grab a Sasquatch Sipper here.
After tap #1 (12:30-1:00 PM): Hit up another venue on the keg-tapping rotation. Taste another beer, cheers with locals.
Lunch inside near the Festhalle. German food is plentiful—order something hearty so you can better enjoy the rest of the day.
Afternoon/Early Evening: Head into the Festhalle for Oktoberfest proper—music, dancing, food, beer, and more keg action inside.
Evening: As the crowd thickens, enjoy Sasquatch Sippers mingling with Festhalle’s atmosphere. Stay for live bands, maybe the chicken dance, soak up the indoor heat, the music, the laughter.
